Ayurvedic Test

Your ayurvedic test should reveal your dosha body-mind type.

Answer the following ayurvedic test sections, keeping in mind that the answer relates to your whole life, even to childhood.

There are basically three ayurveda body-mind types: Vata - Pitta - Kapha

Make a note of your answers to each section. At the end, count up your V's P's and K's.

You may discover that you gravitate to two of the selections in a question. Count them both.

The ayurveda dosha that is dominant in you is the one that has the most points at the end of this ayurvedic test.

However, it may indicate which dosha is out of balance rather than your true dosha. More about this in the monthly E-zine.
