  1. Start by laying on the floor, face up

  2. your legs are straight and your arms are flat on the floor slightly away from the body for stabilization.

  3. Inhale, slowly raising your straight legs up toward the sky

  4. hold and breathe for the desired length of time.

  5. Then, slowly bring your legs down toward the floor, but only half way

  6. hold and breathe

  7. release the legs back down to the floor and relax.

  8. Repeat these exercises several times to tone and strengthen the whole abdomen.
