Start in kneeling posture, knee's together, tops of your feet on the floor
use props, such as a chair, to help you in this powerful living rainbow back bend.
When ready, reach back and grasp your lower legs or ankles with your hands
steadily push your pelvis forward, arching into a firm back bend
gently release and bring your head back, looking at the sky
open up your chest and breathe deeply
hold Ustrasana for about fifteen to thirty seconds or so.
When complete, roll yourself forward, back to kneeling posture or go into Childs Pose
