Clearing The Chakras

Opening And Balancing The 7 Major Chakras
Simple, Powerful And Proven Techniques For Clearing The Chakras Of All Blockages

Before you start clearing the chakras, it's fundamental to know where all the 7 major chakras are located.
Click to go to the Chakra Chart for this information.

Step 1: Eliminate Imbalances And Blockages

This important step can be performed on the back of the body as well as the usual front of the body.

Start with the 1st chakra, Muladhara and work up the chakras, ending at the crown chakra, Sahasrara.

  1. Have your guest lay on a table or floor, on their back, face up

  2. Over the area of the chakra you are clearing, position the flat of your hand, palm face down, about 6 to 12 inches from their body

  3. Move your flat hand in a counter-clockwise manner over the chakra. This can be done for 30 seconds but is more effective if done longer, say 3 minutes

  4. Once you have completed this, move to the next chakra and repeat the above steps until you have cleared all the 7 primary chakras.

Step 2: Kick-Starting The Cleared Chakras

Again, start with the 1st chakra and work your way up to the 7th chakra

  1. Keep your guest in the same position. As before, position the flat of your hand, palm down, 6 to 12 inchese from the chakra you are about to treat

  2. Move your hand in a clockwise movement. This can be performed for about 30 seconds to 1 minute

  3. Once you have completed this, move to the next chakra and repeat the above steps until you have kick-started all the 7 major chakras.

Congratulations! Now, repeat Steps 1 and 2 on the back of the body by having your guest turn over and lay face down.
