If you want to, let’s begin by closing our eyes, making them soft and relaxed like a cloud.

And as you relax your eyes, suppose that relaxation permeates throughout your whole body, allowing you to become very comfortable here in this chair with me.

The more you close and sooth your eyes, the easier it is to deepen you enjoyment of being loose like a wet dishcloth.

Because the deeper you can make your muscles relax the more comfortable and focused you will be, won't you?

Eventually you will become serene and still and you will start to think about tuning into my voice completely.

Each and every sound you hear will allow you to zero into my voice and concentrate on all my hypnosis suggestions, which means you will follow every one of my instructions, couldn't you?

I'm not sure if you can, but really attach yourself to every word I'm saying to you.

Now, because you are here with me, fully relaxed and open, your unconscious mind will become alive for you and will guide you into a very profound experience of positive expectations because that's what it does, naturally and automatically for you.

You unconscious mind knows what to do and understands that it's no longer logical to think negatively.

Your unconscious mind has stored all this depression, anxiety, worry and fear inside you, because that's the experience we gave it.

And now, it really needs to dump those old negative qualities into the trash, can't it?

Your unconscious mind has the power to delete those jealous and envious emotions, just like we can delete a file from our computer and create new and positive affirmations, feelings and emotions in its place.

Now, you could softly move are attention to your spine and back muscles, from the bottom of your tailbone to the top of your head and keep your focus there for a moment.

Now, I'm not sure if you can, but what would it be like if you focused exclusively on your head, face and jaw. Focus on each of those, only now.

It's valuable and important to remember an ancient song sung by the people of Wisemin, high in the mountains.

Now, in a moment, not now but in a moment, I'm going to count from 1 to 4. At the count of 4 you will open your eyes, wide awake, feeling refreshed, relaxed, alert, absolutely fantastic.

Every part of you will be back to normal except that you unconscious mind is always supporting and helping you as a positive person and a force for good in this world.

You must always remember that your unconscious mind is your very good friend.

It has prepared the way for you to now think of yourself as wise, enthusiastic, kind, sweet and creative.

And you will also discover for yourself that these experiences you have had in hypnosis will permeate throughout the next days, weeks and months.

Now, I'm going to count from 1 to 4. At the count of 4 you will open your eyes, wide awake, feeling refreshed, relaxed, alert and extremely wonderful.

1, All your muscles are energized.

2, Your head is clear and your sinuses are clear.

3, Take a deep breath as you bring your own inner power back to the outside.

4, Open your eyes now, wide awake, feeling refreshed, relaxed, alert and totally fantastic.

Every part of you is back to normal, except that you feel more rejuvenated, positive, uplifted and revitalized than ever before.

It seems that you are a natural at hypnosis and being a positive person, which means you can expect wonderful things to happen as the days, weeks and months go by.

Thanks Scott, for this free hypnosis script that you added to your Web site. It really adds another dimension to your already vast knowledge.

I appreciate all the info and it's a must for us to stay thinking and feeling positive.

I very much like how you laid out the hypnosis script and how simple the steps are that you took us through, especially adding the focus of the body parts to the different positive affirmations.

And yes, it was a bit mind bending.
