  1. Start in a seated posture, stabilizing yourself with hands on the floor behind you

  2. when ready, slowly lift both straight legs off the floor

  3. at the same time, take your straight arms and position them out in front of you

  4. hold and breathe deeply

    when complete, release the arms and legs, back to seated posture

  5. repeat several times holding and breathing for a great ab workout.
