Free Yoga Exercises
Here's free yoga exercises, or vinyasa's. Click on each yoga chart for more exercises and meditations. As we learn the foundational poses, you'll be able to perform these exercises with the breath... inhale into a posture, exhale into the next. And so on.
Vinyasa To Develop Strong Abs- Start laying on the floor, legs bent, feet close to your buttocks
- have your arms next to your body to stabilize yourself

- exhale, push down with your legs, lift your pelvis and trunk toward the sky
- hold the pose for as long as you desire, breathing in and out deeply.

- when ready, exhale down to the floor, bringing your knee's to your chest
- hold for the desire length of time, breathing
- keep your back and neck lengthened

- straighten your legs toward the sky, holding your legs steady with your hands
- hold and breathe, or move straight back into...

- bend the legs at the knee's and bring them back to your chest
- again, keeping your back and neck lengthened
- finally, reposition you feet back on the floor, close to your buttocks

- place your arms to your sides for stabilization
- push your pelvis up toward the sky into Bridge Pose
- hold and breathe
- when ready, release your body down toward the floor
- rest and breathe. Repeat several times.
