  1. Your free online yoga class starts in kneeling posture, knee's together, tops of the feet on the floor

  2. use props, such as a chair, to help you in this back bend.

  3. When ready, reach back and grasp your lower legs and ankles with your hands

  4. steadily push the pelvis forward, arching into a back bend

  5. gently bring the head back, looking at the sky

  6. open up the chest and breathe deeply

  7. hold for about fifteen seconds or so.

  8. When complete, bring yourself forward back to kneeling or go into Childs Pose
