  1. Start by kneeling and resting your chest and abs on your thighs

  2. breathe deeply in Childs Pose for a minute before starting this foundational Vinyasa.

  3. When ready, move into a kneeling posture

  4. on the inhale, raise your extended arms over head, and breathe

  5. lengthen the spine, softly scooping your sacrum down

  6. keep the tops of your feet on the floor, or tuck your toes under.

  7. Exhale back down into Childs Pose.

  8. Allow your whole body to relax on top of your thighs.

  9. Next, come up on the inhale into Table or Cat Pose

  10. again, keep the spine lengthened and sacrum scooped under.

  11. When ready, push your pelvis to the sky, straightening your arms and legs

  12. hold the pose for as long as you desire, breathing in and out deeply.

  13. When completed, bend your legs and arms and come back to kneeling.

  14. Repeat the Kneeling Surya Namaskara Vinyasa several times.
