  1. Start on all fours in Cat pose - Marjariasana.

  2. Take your left leg and thread it through your arms, resting the outside of the lower leg on the floor

  3. Stretch back and flatten the opposite leg

  4. make sure your hips are square

  5. Lower your body, folding yourself over the left leg. Rest your shin on the floor.

  6. Rest your outstretched arms on the floor

  7. hold, relax, and breathe for the desired length of time.

  8. Repeat for the right leg.
