Vinyasa Flow For Yoga Exercise Weight Loss - Start by standing with your legs spread apart
- rotate your right leg out 90 degrees
- rotate your trunk so that you are looking over your right leg
- take your straight arms out to the side

- when ready, bend your right leg at the knee positioning it over your ankle
- breathe into Hereos Pose.

- next, lengthen and arch your back
- bringing your back arm and hand toward the back leg
- breathe into Reversed Heroes Pose
- next, bring your trunk forward to the front leg, bending at the hips

- bend the front leg at the knee
- front palm touching the floor next to the foot
- other arm extending upward toward the sky
- feel the stretch in the back leg as you breathe.
- Next, push up and balance with your arm and leg into Chandrasana -- Half Moon Pose

- when complete, release the pose and come back to Heroes Pose
- repeat this Balance and Stability Vinyasa on the other side
- repeat this complete Vinyasa several times
- begin to inhale and exhale in and out of each pose.
