Vinyasa Flow For Yoga Exercise Weight Loss

  1. Start by standing with your legs spread apart

  2. rotate your right leg out 90 degrees

  3. rotate your trunk so that you are looking over your right leg

  4. take your straight arms out to the side

  5. when ready, bend your right leg at the knee positioning it over your ankle

  6. breathe into Hereos Pose.

  7. next, lengthen and arch your back

  8. bringing your back arm and hand toward the back leg

  9. breathe into Reversed Heroes Pose

  10. next, bring your trunk forward to the front leg, bending at the hips

  11. bend the front leg at the knee

  12. front palm touching the floor next to the foot

  13. other arm extending upward toward the sky

  14. feel the stretch in the back leg as you breathe.

  15. Next, push up and balance with your arm and leg into Chandrasana -- Half Moon Pose

  16. when complete, release the pose and come back to Heroes Pose

  17. repeat this Balance and Stability Vinyasa on the other side

  18. repeat this complete Vinyasa several times

  19. begin to inhale and exhale in and out of each pose.
