- Start by sitting in a straight-backed chair, keeping the back erect and lengthened
- place the flats of your feet on the floor, hands resting in your lap or on your thighs.
- Or cross your legs on the chair
- keep warm, and completely relax.

- In your minds eye, take a few minutes and relax each part of the body
- the mind is active but focused
- as you naturally breathe in, repeat in your mind "I am sublime"
- let there be a slight pause
- as you naturally breathe out, repeat in your mind "I am worthy"
- stay relaxed in this pose for as long as you desire, at least ten minutes.
