  1. Completely relax the body by laying on the floor, face up

  2. as the body relaxes, it cools down. Make sure you stay warm.

  3. In your minds eye, take a few minutes and relax each part of the body

  4. the mind is active but focused

  5. as you naturally breathe in, repeat in your mind "ham"

  6. let there be a slight pause

  7. as you naturally breathe out, repeat in your mind "sa"

  8. stay relaxed in this pose for as long as you desire, at least ten minutes.
