  1. start on all fours - knees and hands on the floor

  2. the flats of your feet on the floor or curl your toes under

  3. Inhale, lift the sacrum and head up, extending your back and one leg

  4. Exhale, contract your abs and gently arch your back, bringing your knee to your chest

  5. Repeat several times, inhaling and exhaling as you extend and flex the leg

  6. Repeat the same sequence for the other leg.
