  1. Begin in forward bend posture, bending your legs

  2. place your palms on the floor.

  3. Next, gradually put your weight on your straight arms and hands, lifting your feet off the floor

  4. using balance, straighten your body and legs toward the sky

  5. breathe and hold the pose.

  6. When complete, slowly bring your feet back to the floor and come back to standing.
