- Begin in forward bend posture, bending your legs
- place your palms on the floor.
- Next, gradually put your weight on your straight arms and hands, lifting your feet off the floor
- using balance, straighten your body and legs toward the sky
- breathe and hold the pose.
- When complete, slowly bring your feet back to the floor and come back to standing.
