- Start by laying on your back, legs straight
- bend the right leg, bring it toward the chest, and hold it with your hands.
- Breathe and hold the pose for a few seconds.

- Next, allow your bent right leg to move outward or laterally, stretching the inside of your thigh
- hold again for a few seconds breathing deeply
- use a bolster or pillow to support your right leg if you want to.

- Next, straighten the right leg outward
- allows the hips to open and the adductor's to get a full stretch
- hold the pose for as long as you desire, breathing in and out deeply.
- When complete, bring the right leg back to the chest
- repeat this vinyasa for the other leg
