  1. Start by laying on your back, legs straight

  2. bend the right leg, bring it toward the chest, and hold it with your hands.

  3. Breathe and hold the pose for a few seconds.

  4. Next, allow your bent right leg to move outward or laterally, stretching the inside of your thigh

  5. hold again for a few seconds breathing deeply

  6. use a bolster or pillow to support your right leg if you want to.

  7. Next, straighten the right leg outward

  8. allows the hips to open and the adductor's to get a full stretch

  9. hold the pose for as long as you desire, breathing in and out deeply.

  10. When complete, bring the right leg back to the chest,

  11. repeat this vinyasa for the other leg
