Cleaning Vegetables, Fruits, And Beans

Organic, grapefruit seed extract is an excellent antifungal that can also be taken internally. It's non-toxic taken in small amounts.

It's a great way to help make sure fungus, and pesticide residue, is removed from your food...

  1. peel vegetables, chop them into your selected cooking size

  2. Soak them in a couple of drops of grapefruit seed extract and two to four cups of filtered water.

    This may vary on the amount of vegetables or fruit you are soaking

  3. soak for five to fifteen minutes, or longer, depending on the veg or fruit

  4. for beans and lentils, soak from two hours to overnight, depending on the bean

  5. drain, pouring filtered water over your veggies or beans

  6. cook as you desire
