peel vegetables, chop them into your selected cooking size
Soak them in a few drops of grapefruit seed extract and two to four cups of filtered water, depending on the amount of vegetables or fruit you are soaking
soak for five to fifteen minutes, or longer, depending on the vegetable or fruit
for beans and lentils, soak from two hours to overnight, depending on the bean
drain, pouring filtered water over your veggies or beans
cook as you desire
